Not as good as previous years. At times, it was hard to follow, very easy to make mistakes. Down loaded the same info from broker twice.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

Have used this software for many years and never an issue. This year it has bugs. It changes the w2 income to another w2 amount after I review the inputs. Now I am not sure I can trust its calculations.

The interview questions and explanations gave me confidence I was submitting my taxes correctly. Tax filing in the USA is an intimidating and daunting task that can make one procrastinate well into April, as it used to do. Now, with H&R Block electronic software, I look forward to completing this pesky task. Our tax refund arrives relatively much quicker, and I can file the paperwork and be done with taxes until next year. It searches for updates every time I open the software until I file my taxes. I trust H&R Block software to remain updated throughout the tax filing season. I trust the software, and that says it all!!
