Worked like a charm. The only improvement I can suggest is to add an entry for the IRS PIN that is mailed to a taxpayer to protect identity. Other than that, everything works well.

Costly Confusion: State Tax Withholding Error Unde

I was disappointed with H&R Block Tax Software with State Return after it miscalculated information from my W-2. The software incorrectly claimed that I had no state taxes withheld, when in fact I did. This forced me to spend extra time manually reviewing and recalculating my return to correct the error.
Beyond the inconvenience, the experience left me questioning what other parts of my return might not have been calculated correctly. Tax software is supposed to provide confidence and accuracy, and this situation did the opposite. While the interface is generally user-friendly, the potential for critical calculation mistakes makes it difficult for me to fully trust the results.
