You make it easier to do my taxes by being able to just download data from my investments. I used to have to enter each reportable transaction. I just hope I got every deduction I should get.

I check the box on the H&R software to receive a refund check, but I then receive a letter from the IRS that I needed to correct the bank account and routing number, WHY?
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
