The product itself is decent as is the price compared to some other products but the fact that you can't import Merrill Edge 1099's will leave me no choice but to switch to another product next year,

Not as user friendly as TurboTax. Wouldn’t upload last year’s tax info and didn’t automatically calculate quarterly taxes. Your survey doesn’t want to hear negative feedback.

Too inflexible and 'user friendly' instead of giving users with 'half a brain' options rather than simply making decisions for them. Worst is having to enter info you know won't be used such as that for itemizing. An option for standard deduction or itemizing would be good and I'm smart and informed enough to make it. I use your software to make things easier and this inflexibility degrades that significantly.
