I liked everything in your Federal & State software except your doubling the price for electronic filing of state tax return but not posting the price immediately. Also, it would be helpful it the software including Form 709. I downgraded it one star because this survey rejected my choice of nicknames

I use this product because my computer would no longer support TurboTax, it was OK for my filings, a little bit more difficult than TurboTax to get around to the correct topics I needed to complete. I was disappointed that I had a friend who did her state taxes on my copy, and we were unable to file her state taxes electronically. Had to do it by mail.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program did an excellent job on the Federal side. Not great on the state of Arizona side. It did not have many of the forms I file for the state and thus I had to do several forms by hand. Also it did not update one part of the state program and had old limits on Arizona tax credits.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used HRB for years, but this version not as good

I was able to upload last year's return, and it recognized my AGI and family composition, BUT I still had to manually enter all my same sources of income (including brokerage statement).. In the past the program would ask if I still had these sources, and I wouldn't need to enter their addresses and account numbers.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
