I’ve been using the software for the last 10+ years. It works. Sometimes functions are a bit hard to find, but it’s there and works. My daughter used it this year after her usual tax preparation process became too expensive.

I used this instead of Turbo Tax since Turbo Tax would not run on Windows 10. The Federal Tax part worked great and no problems. The State Tax portion was late being finished and created some problems along the way.

H&R Block software has helped me for over two decades with federal and state income tax filing. It has been a great tool. This year, even though I imported my H&R return from last year, it failed to calculate the correct AGI value, causing the initial submission to be rejected. I had to manually override the value and resubmit. Otherwise, I love the software and depend on its accuracy and ease of use to make tax filing easy and convenient.
