It charges extra during the process. I don't believe it does a good job of saving money for my taxes. I feel like I am paying more than I should.

I've used this for the past 10 years so I cannot compare it to paying a Tax Preparer. it appears to be working for me but I do not know if paying a Tax Preparer would benefit me more

H&R Block software would fail during download of 1099-DIV entries. This needs to be fixed. The software stated too many entries. Software simply needs to handle the summery information during downloads
