I've used the federal and state products for several years. For normal returns and one year when the returns needed to be amended, the products worked great with no issues or problems. The electronic submission is also great to have.

The product is good, however I had difficulty getting assistance with a problem which was that I could not run an update.
The problem was that I had 2 copies of the program due to a problem loading the original one. I finally after much frustration trying to get someone to talk to, deleted the original and the update ran OK.

Federal program didn't carry forward the correct amount. Had to manually correct the number.
State program, which guaranteed that it was 100% accurate, was audited by the state. They found an error.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
