Not very intuitive at all for my needs. I will have to file amended returns. Will use a preparer who knows what they're doing next time.

was charged double for filing extension. the issue was a glitch that prevented on time filing. we fixed the glitch, filed on time but the credit card was charged twice so UNHAPPY
