I suffer isn't that great and not as intuitive as it could be or as turbotax is. A lot of times it does checks and then you have to go back through and fill out stuff on the form and the AI is useless at answering any of your questions. It doesn't break down terms and definitions into language a normal person can understand.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program makes my life a lot easier. However o still need to file manually because I have Canadian income and withheld Canadian taxes. I am sure that the issue is too small for H&R to incorporate into the program.

Too many additional charges..... Errors found without proper explanations. I'm not an accountant which is why I buy this software. When the software finds an error in my return I expect an UNDERSTANDABLE explanation of why.
