I have been using the program for years HOWEVER this year I was NOT informed that I MUST use direct deposit to receive my refund. Since I requested a check I am having to jump through hoops in an attempt to get my money. There was a 2025 executive order requiring direct deposit with only a few exceptions and I would have expected the program to inform me of this not just warn me that it would take longer

The Federal return is usually not an issue. I have not been able to file the state for the last 3 years. Fortunately, I did not owe state taxes, You need to spend a lot more time on the integration of the state.

The federal return seems to be okay, but the Georgia state return does not work correctly. After reporting an issue with the Georgia part last year, no one returned my call and the programming team did not correct the problem for this year. Very disappointing.
