I have been using the software for several years. Pleased with software. Point of concern: why is not e-filing state (OH) included like the Federal? Would like to see a work chart to see if filing Married Filing Seperate is better(or worse) than filing married filing joint This year I had an Inheretwd IRA with RMD in the same year my parent deceased and did not yet take the RMD. The questions for that situation was unclear and I struggled completing as I know I took the RMD but the software kept calculating a penalty.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Program great if you closely follow it. Don't bother to call if you have a question. If AI doesn't understand what you are asking don't bother to try an agent as they know little.

E-filing is free for 5 returns, but submitting an extension is NOT free! Also, the program is sometimes cumbersome; it's hard to get back to an earlier screen.
