The software worked great. It was extremely small text on my 4K monitor. I could not make the text larger everywhere. I could increase the text size in the "middle," but not the top tabs and headers or the left column. This made the product almost useless to me. It was extremely difficult to use the software. I will never buy this again.
If you use a 1080 HD monitor rather than 2160 4K, it would probably be perfet.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

This is a solid piece of tax software that's relatively easy to use and allows for lots of flexibility. I especially like the ability to interface with various major financial institutions to download the tax forms so you don't make errors doing it manually. The error checking at the end can be a bit daunting but will find discrepancies and have you recheck entries which could cause your return to not be electronically accepted.

Glad the software worked and was able to submit my taxes. I've run into this issue multiple times however, where the H&R block software left redundant and incorrect forms in the submission that it didn't catch on Error Check but did find when it was time to e-File. Error check needs to behave as if it is about to e-File so it can catch issues like that, and maybe be a little smarter about how to fix them.

Cons: Time consuming

This tax software is not any better than other tax preparation software. There are definitely areas that need improvements. I give H&R credit for making this software to be still compatible with Windows 10 and that's the reason I bought this software.
Cons: Time consuming
