Failed to solve problem with importing tax forms from fidelity on joint return. Never got a call back. Notified block early. Wasted a lot of time. I was asked to debug the problem even though I gave a precise explaination of he problem.

K1 directions not very well done

I had lots of trouble entering the special codes on my K1 for 2025. The directions for the special codes were super difficult to follow. Telling a customer to look up the directions on the IRS web site made it even more difficult. I have no way of knowing if I actually did my tax return correctly or not. I have used H&R Block for years. This is first year I am totally unsatisfied with the program.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The IRS kept rejecting my return although both PINs and PY AGI matched (the reason the IRS gave for rejecting the return). There was no way to get help from HR Block to solve the problem.
