In general, the product is easy to use, but there are several strong annoyances and inefficiencies:
1) Review of Imported Information is a horrible process. When I import the information from my financial services provider, this contains hundreds of instances for stock sales, dividends, etc. The Review Requirement then requires dozens of keystrokes for each one to review and clear. This adds hours of mindless effort to complete.

The software works, but it is awkward to use and progress on the return is difficult to track. Instead of showing you the form being filled out, you just answer a bunch of random questions behind the curtain data is entered on a form without you seeing where it goes and what the effect of the entry is. I have used TurboTax and its predecessors for 40 years and it is MUCH more intuitive, and you see what is happening.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

easy to use but it does not explain everything

I love how easy it is to use but I wish that some sections explained things in more common language. For basic tax items it's great but when I have to dive deeper into more complicated items, there is not enough explanation to understand what I am supposed to do. I wish that there was more help readily availabe in the program without having to seek outside of it.
