I found the software to be quite glitchy. Several times it just shut down. I also found it difficult to return to a specific section. I gad to click through all the sections and pages. Finally, I had issues that were very frustrating in the Final Review. I was asked to "check" several entries, such as Dividend Income. When I checked, the software duplicated the entry! So in Dividend Income was incorrectly doubled! It took some time to make corrections. My confidence in having an accurate return is LOW! I will switch to TurboTax next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good at helping work through the needed forms, but when your audit turned up an issue, you failed to take to the cause the problem. I called the help line and while they were nice they failed to solve the problem. The problem was not going allow me to e-file, but the issue was something to do with itemizing deductions, BUT I using the standard deduction?????

i don't like the physical layout of the pages, too much wasted space on the sides and sometimes print is too small to read. you can enlarge the print to read, but the buttons at the bottom are hidden until you reduce it back.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
