I have been an loyal HR&Block user but this time, I have to say I was extremely upset. Not only did I have computer issues, but the darn thing didn't submit to the IRS when I thought it had. After days I kept looking for my taxes were accepted, but they never were. I had to look back into it and was LATE this year. Never had trouble until this filing. Waste of my money. I was fined more than the program cost.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to install, Hard to import

I have been using this product for many years, but it seems that development investments have been minimum for all this time. The product is challenging when trying to get to a screen or locate information on a subject. Many time the terminology shifts between notations or help vs. live pages. Most troublesome. Better package integration would help.
Then there is the matter of the cryptic and dead-end comments regarding K-1's.
