I should have been able to file for free, yet I was forced to “upgrade” to deluxe and since I needed to file. It didn’t give me much of a choice.

The software doesn’t maximize your deductions, and is a bit pricey for software that doesn’t have help available to assist if you get stuck.

Great again, except for one big problem this year.

This is about my 12th year of using this software and I have also been very satisfied. This year I was frustrated that the software, for the very first time, would not connect and upload my Fidelity Investements tax information. This was extremely frustating and made the process much for tedious. I plan to use your software again next year, but if this is a reocuring issue in the future I'll probably begin using something esle for my tax preparation.
