It was very disappointing that H&R no longer allows tax data to be imported from Merrill Lynch. May no longer use H&R in the future.

Cons: Hard to import documents

I used 3 e-file submissions which were rejected. I fixed the issues and the 4th e-fil3 attempt said my return was amended thus must be mailed. How can I reject the amended status and e-file again, since I have 2 remaining free e-files?

First time H&R Block user after TurboTax discontinued Windows 10 access. I do not want to use their or anyone else's online versions. Please continue to support Windows 10 for as long as possible.
Overall, satisfied with the program. The UI can sometimes be unclear about where you land when going back a page. It goes back to the beginning to the section, and not the previous page you were on.

I thought process was good. I usually use turbo tax, however since they no longer support windows 10 I was forced to look elsewhere. I refuse to use the online version of either your or intuits offering.
a couple notes. your process is a little bit more scripted, its much harder to choose what you want to work on. and when you do and then go back to another area your software wants to go through the steps again. so jumping around is a bit more difficult I thought, and the process feels a bit more magic box. I feel very separated from the final product and its a bit harder to "know where" the numbers are coming from and what form you are currently filling out.
also merrill is like the 2nd largest brokerage. not being able to import documents from their platform feels like a sizable miss. fortunalty I had few trades this year.
I would recommend this to a friend!
