The summary page is less attractive and less convenient than that of TurboTax. The important information was even split over two pages. Very inconvenient.
At one point the program indicated a conflict between the figures I entered and the figures on the W-2; yet they were in fact identical, and no explanation was given for the alert.
The program was unable to download information from my financial institutions; I had to enter it manually.
Otherwise, this program is similar to TurboTax.

The import is incomplete. It should include previous years income, taxes, etc. Verifying should be simple by changing color with a simple enter or changing amount and enter.

Entirely too redundant, the app will take you to the same questions over and over again. I’m all for double checking for accuracy but this is totally ridiculous!!
