My family has an LLC. At one point your product told me to contact my tax advisor. Your product could not help me with the 8995 form. Your product could not help me with the QBI. I won't buy your product again next year. I'll take my taxes to my tax advisor.

I have used HR Block Federal and State Software for years. While it is easy to use, for the last three years, loading my Ohio tax form has been arduous. The only solution I found is to dig into my applications/library, etc to fix this glitch. This problem is almost enough for me to consider an alternative software.

I have been purchasing this product for several years. easy to use and covers all the tax laws.
My only issue with HNR black software. It will not allow you to print the screen you are working on. You should design your software for users to print a screenshot.

Easy to use but needs checking for complex returns

Didn't seem to be as straightforward as last year, e.g. It said I had to buy the state even when it was included. It should include e filing the state as well, and filing a state extension. Some method of flagging a topic to be revisited would be helpful.
