I use this for it's great continuity year to year. I do wish it didn't discard any employers who don't pay me during a given year. I had a problem I have not found a way to resolve; my purchase of the state package was interrupted and I was charged twice.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I used to use TaxAct and found the transition easy. I do miss the free state efile that TaxAct offered, though.
