Got it done quickly

Although I had some problems opening the program this year, once I got it the process went quickly.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to install, Hard to import
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have used this product for years but this year the free efile included with the download wanted a product activation code. We already had this code but would not work for filing. called support and got a a new code. Still did not work so had to pay for filing.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did not like price using Mac software never got
The icon to open right took 5 to finally get it to open.
