The “AI” is trash. Bring back the ability to chat with someone real. Unclear directions and bad advice. Overall not worth anywhere near the price

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Software was easy to download and guide me through the process. I did make an error and made every effort to correct with no success. I used the AI Chat which advised the question could not be answered. As there was no phone contact, I had to redo the entire return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Good program in general but has a notable error

You have an error in your program and when I tried to explain it in your support contact page, it wouldn't accept my message (maybe you don't accept certain text characters?) so after 3 tries I gave up. This error could cause significant problems for many of your users - you need to fix it! Also, I was surprised the you STILL don't have an import feature from Interactive Brokers, which is a heavily used stock brokerage exchange. As a result, I had to enter all of my trades on their exchange manually.
