Good value and easy to use

The deluxe version includes schedule D. I started using H&R Block a couple years ago, because I was tired of paying almost twice as much for another brand. The software pre-fills out the forms based on my previous returns, is easy to use and I trust the advice.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had to turn off my firewall/spyware to get the updates to download properly.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install

Ive been using the program for 10 years and doing all my kids taxes also . this year I paid the initial fee to get the program,and the free 5 fed taxes. I started my taxes but was waiting on additional paperwork. so, I started and finished my daughters taxes and entered her credit card info to pay the state. I entered my activation code and it kept saying wrong code(I have the print out so I know the code is correct). IT never did accept federal or state,but because I kept trying your program charged my daughter 8 times .I would think it would have to be transmitted to the IRS and state of VA before a single charge would be on it. A response and correction would be appreciated. and a code that actually works sinse I already paid for one originally. E
