Software is hard to use with many bugs. It calculated my taxes incorrectly. The user interface seems like it comes from the 1980's.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

This year's product was good except for the small font. I don't normally wear glasses but to use it, I not only had to use glasses but also at the same time use a magnifying glass.

Had problems e-filing the state return. The program would not take any of four different credit cards. None of the cards have issues. Not sure if it was because none of the cards had the Taxpaer’s name on them. He doesn’t have a credit or debit card in his name. Had to mail the return.

Works well, handles most tasks quite well.
Estimated tax section is very confusing and doesn’t make complete the task, ie what the estimated tax payments should be based upon the data entered. It was confusing as well last year.
It is not that difficult of a topic. The help section doesn’t help as well.

I would have given you 5 stars except I feel when I had finished entering my w-2 info that the program should have clearly guided me to entering my wife’s w-2 info but it didn’t. I had to go back later and look for it.
