EXCELLENT with 1 caveat for software improvement.

Overall Outstanding product. However, while you can enter the data fo the WV Motor Vehicle Property Tax Adjustment Credit (MV-1) unfortunately WV still requires adding the state issued form with your return. This REQUIRES you to mail in your return versus electronic filing. CHANGE REQUEST: allow unique state forms to be scanned into the return as .pdf files so the return can be electronically filed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Pro- I was able to submit. Cons- everything else. Working with this software was an almost entirely negative experience. I have no confidence that it is actually correct. It refused to carry forward updated numbers when I made corrections, offered no guidance whatsoever in parts, and generally did nothing to inspire confidence. I will not be using this product again.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
