Overall I was pleased with the product however, I was disappointed with the limited number of intuitions supported for downloading financial data. For exam[le, Bank of Maerica and Merrill are not supported/listed

not doing state tax properly

indiana is supposed to NOT tax social security income. There was NO way to deduct SSI from my total income when filing INDIANA tax. If I want credit for this, I have to file an amended return manually, as you do not allow for this deduction.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
