Your Server failure looks like problem on my end !

I have been using your tax software for many years...never a problem until this year. On 1/31 I started my Federal return...no problems. Went to download my PA state program... kept getting connection failure and all sorts of error messages telling me something was wrong with my internet connection, firewall or other security settings. I spent almost 2 hours chasing this problem... including 1.5 hours waiting on hold for your customer service people...I was ready to give up...then I thought I would try it one more time. Now the server was up and my state program downloaded in seconds and worked like a dream. It sure would have been nice to receive a message that said "Server is Down" instead of all the error messages making it look like the problem was on my end.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to install

I had issues with the program, the inner page shrunk. I had a hard time reading and filling the return out. Nothing I did would make it go back to its original size. I've used H&R programs for years and never had this issue before.
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

did not feel as if it followed the forms, felt very disjointed!
Pros: Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I've had very good results from this product over the years bu t was disappointed I couldn't E-file my state return with the product because I had a Education Savings account 529 paper work that the software cannot file. Would have 5 stars otherwise.

I brought this a week ago and file my Federal and State the same day. Easy to follow software. 7 years using H&R Block software. Very happy with their products.

This product was as good as its always has been in the past. I don't have to worry about my math. The question are easy to understand which makes it easier for me to get it done properly and save me time.
