The Michigan income tax return had 2 errors which resulted in my having to download the return from the Michigan website and completing it manually. Specifically, on Schedule 1, Subtractions from Income, numbers 10 & 23 are missing.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Bought Deluxe with State. Disappointed that the program didn't have the built ins to perform all of functions I needed. I had to complete IRS worksheets for manual entry. Also disappointed that there is now a charge to file my state return

Very disappointed. it has it's limits. i payed for upgrade to Premium. it seemed very outdated too brief of explanations and would not process my State taxes . We had a simple sale of a vacant lot , needed to file Form 593 and your software would not efile it. At last minute we had to file by paper, which was high stress and very difficult. . I read that if I bought TurboTax instead, I could have efiled.and it would have been much more simple. The premium was exactly like Basic which I usually use. Your help was rerrible .
