Not too happy with the flow. I have been a customer since Taxcut 1997 and the software hasn't improved much - still lacks intelligence and smooth flow.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

It is cheaper than TurboTax. It's a little more complicated to use but it is still overall user friendly. Some clarity is needed on the state residency page. If you are a non resident to a state you work in we didn't think that we needed to put our non residency

Software worked well, and with annual use, the previous year's information was efficiently imported. Significant price increase from last year. Had difficulty with printing copies, so I followed the directions for installing the pdf printing program, and now my printer-laptops are all messed up, and I can't print anything.
Will have to figure out how to get the pdf thing removed and hopefully I can recover the normal printing.

Program allows for ease of entering data, checking for help and filing with IRS. Do wish program allowed for printing individual pages and worksheets.. Now makes one have to print entire return.

Had very few issues keying in all the data for both me and my three adult children. Also took advantage of the E-filing for both IRS and State. I was able to preload filing information from the 2024 tax year that made it much easier to determine if we'd left anything out.
On a historical note, I do miss the ability to file on a 32-bit, Windows 7 box, but I already had a 64-bit Windows 7 box for video editing that worked quite well until you required another upgrade to a 64-bit Windows 10 box.
Found a little 6" x 6" x 1" Lenovo that sits on top of my manuscript tower and works well with the KVM used to swap between all three systems.
As a bonus, the Windows 10 box supports some applications from my 64-bit Windows 7 tower that stopped working on Windows 7 a couple of years ago.
