I’ve been using this software for at least 10 years. It’s gotten worse over the years.
This year was the worst, however, found a bug in the software that incorrectly calculated taxes owed relating to recharacterization of traditional IRA into a Roth IRA. portions of the traditional IRA were non-deductible and the software incorrectly tcalculated the tax. I reported this via phone at least two months before April 15 and was assured that it would be picked up in the next update and it never was. unacceptable. Will try TurboTax next year

The H&R program keeps asking me if I want to buy the State program knowing the State I live in doesn't have an income tax. Also, has our ages, but ask us things that are unrelated to our age. And, no future summary to help us with our next tax year, this would be extremely helpful!!!
