For years, HRBlock has failed to provide AZ Form 348 and 352 which prevents e-filing of the AZ state forms. Please improve.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have used this product for many years. As I get older, I find that the questions I answer as I go through are a small font and I have more difficulty reading them. I am speaking just for the questions, not the explanations. It would be great to have a slightly larger font for the questions.

I would give it 5 stars, but Merrill Lynch does not offer online connection or export in TRF format downloads, so next year I am being forced to switch products or have to n enter 75 sells like I did this year.

Because your software did not ask for banking information, my tax refund was delayed. The IRS now requires that refunds be sent directly to the bank. I had to go through several extra steps to set up the bank account directly with the IRS. Still have not received my $7000 refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
