I been using your software for at least 10years and have been satisfied until my e-file was rejected by the IRS this year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

I can hardly wait for the day where Pete Buttigieg's vision is realized, "Filing taxes is never fun. But it doesn’t have to be like this". To have an honest IRS calculate my taxes for me, send me a bill I can review or challenge, and then I send them my money. In the meantime we have to deal with nearly incomprehensible regulations, confusing entries, hoping you got it right, but not knowing until you hear back from the IRS. In the meantime this tax program is a workable, increasingly expensive every year, but slightly less expensive than the major player. Until we get this system fixed, this is maybe the best we can do.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
