Not Easy to Fix Issues

I'm a long time user of the software and I'll probably get it again next year since I'll be using the standard deduction from now on. I itemized and the software found something that needed to be corrected and the instructions on how to do that weren't clear enough and it took me forever to get it right. Long story short I had to go and do the entire form over again. What a waste of time but I eventually got it right.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I have used H&R Block for many years. I had no problem with the Federal Return.

Easy Tax prep

H&R Block is a great program. I have used it since 2006 to prepare my taxes. It is very easy to use. Plan on using it in the future.
