It does not have a feature that it had years ago, "Check Updates". I had been waiting as it told me then there was NO "Button" to do so and I receive a letter that I MIGHT have a 1099 coming from a stock that I have had for 10 yrs with no action. I looked for the "Check for updates" button without seeing one. I do not believe I would have a 1099 from that company but I wanted to see if there was any changes in the tax forms before filing. I filed anyway. This product needs more work done to make it as good as the previous years. Also, I was forced to purchase a program with the state program included while there is no state income tax in Texas. I have been using H&R Block for years & I do not like having to download a program I can not use fully.

As good as Turbotax and less expensive

Easy to use, I quickly did my taxes in about 1 hour.

Easy to use with great help screens. I prefer it over Turbo Tax since they went too far left politically for my tastes.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for years. Always easy to navigate and I feel confident in the accuracy of my return.

I switched from Turb**** a few years back when their prices tripled and I have never been sorry. H&R does a good job but they could have been a tad more informative about the appearance changes to your filed forms with the revised tax laws... but still great!

Good product — have been using it for several years. BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Could never get through on the phone. DO NOT BUY if you think you might need support.
