Help in reconciling an e-filed federal return

My e-filed federal return was rejected. Your product didn't specify where the error occurred. How in the world am I suppose to find the error, all the numbers, names, social security numbers, dates of birth, etc. are correct. Isn't this what tax preparation software is all about! This is totally unacceptable.

Excellent program!

I've been using H&R Block software for Federal + State for years. Doing my taxes and E-filing with their program is a piece of cake. Their program walks you thru everything and leaves nothing to chance.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 4th year with H&R software after 5+ years with "Turkey Tax". H&R has been easier to use and less expensive. E-Files for this first time this year and it is sooo easy!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Bought it filed my taxes...now doing dads and wont let me send efile..have to update software..did it but failed..wont let me update
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Great as its Always Been

I got a copy sample of this program as a tip for a job well done at a tax office. I think that was around 1995. I've used nothing but this tax program ever since. My children now use it as well. It's simple to navigate and I've never had an issue with a return.

AWFUL! Do not buy the Mac version.

I have used HR block for many many years. NEVER again! From the state not downloading properly to not updating properly which caused me to have the fee for the state filing fee charged twice for the same return to be filed. I used the Mac version. I have vowed to never use it again. I will never get the hours and hours back of my wasted time. HR Block will never get my money again.
