I have used H& R Block for the past nine years and find it to be the best tax product available. It anticipates all the information needed and provides all the forms necessary. It is easy to use with excellent explanations of each item required. It's programs are designed to provide frequent IRS/STATE updates as required and retains previous permanent information of taxpayers so as to expedite completion of the task. It is an exceptional program which was recommended to me ten years ago by a neighbor and personal friend and retired owner of a large tax accounting firm in New Jersey was familiar with all the other competing tax software products on the market at that time. I cannot begin to tell you how helpful his advice has been to me especially as I have aged and still am able to managed to handle filing my own returns. Thank you for this great product! As usual, HR Block hits it out of the ball park for self-doers. The software is excellent year over year, which has kept me as a loyal user for nearly 2 decades. Easy, simple and safe/secure. Taxcut has my full confidence which is difficult to gain and keep, but they keep it up wonderfully.

Great product but should allow multiple states

Suggest that future you allow two state returns (for current price) as many of us require filing two states. New internet tax products (ie Free File) allow filing multiple states for one price.

State fees are double what they should be. No re-file button if you make a mistake with out CC card for the state . Why Why Why?
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
