Works good, but the UI/UX could use a refresher

The interface is very dated, although it does work well. My biggest complaint this year was that my taxes were rejected and I was not given a clear reason as to why. The program told me that one of my dependents was already claimed, but did not tell me which one, making it extremely difficult to correct the problem. We were able to contact my wife’s ex to find he had claimed her daughter, but this should have been much easier to resolve.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Clunky interface. Colorado state return unable to handle 5C forms. Feds rejected my return. I bought Turbotax and redid everything.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Pretty good overall. I had a small problem in that I had earned some money in Royalties from YouTube. But, when I went to claim those incomes, I was not able to click on the "royalties" box. It was there but not clickable. I wonder what other things are like that.
