you automatically sent me the software and as always it worked fine. BUT --- I now have a Chromebook and your software does NOT work on it. I had to dig and find computer I was throwing out to do the taxes. Next year I will not be able to do this unless you change things

I have used your software for years but this year very frustrated. Ran the program, completed taxes, printed copy. E-filed and return rejected. There is no explanation on why it was rejected or instructions on how to fix it. Tried the help section to no avail. Now it's 4/15 and I'll have to sign and mail my return and see what happens. Any refund will be delayed. Not sure I'll use again.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used tax cut for 10 years. This is my first disappointing experience with it. When I filed last year, I the recommendation was to withhold more for MO for me, however I do not work in MO, my wife does. Because of MY withholding, I was forced to paper file. I will also have to do it next year because I withheld MO for the first 3 months this year. More explanation around detrimental withholding would be great.

Cons: Time consuming

Really simple to use. One addition needs to be added, though. You need to have a button that will take a married filing jointly returns and separate them to see what the difference is.

Navigation is easy enough with exceptions as noted

The Arkansas state return doesn't treat the pension income for military retirees as non-taxable. The only way to make it work is to claim this income as military pay. Also the worksheet for the SSI should be more evident. It is easy just to do it like former years and miss out on the new deduction.
