I find the process to be simple and ease to use. After using the software for many years, I find it very efficient to import and add in all my pertinent tax data. If you follow all the prompts from the beginning to end, you'll be sure not to miss any tax credits and deductions specific to your individual situation. I purchase the software early in the season and enter my data as I receive it from various organizations. Also, it gives me extra time to review the latest IRS changes, updates, and any new forms. modifications. It's almost foolproof! One negative, the new AI interface added for their time this year was useless.
