Extremely easy to use.

This software is very thorough and provides everything most filers will need to complete their returns. More complicated situations involving complex investments or businesses may require the premium version. The deluxe version was more than adequate for my needs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I didn’t find any program problems this year. Last year I found two and had to wait until the fixes I gave you were made in the program before I could file.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I was a Inuit user but I tried this and it works out great for less no "real problems" I will plan on using it next year as well.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

In the past few years it seems like HRBlock is getting worse rather than better. I liked previous years better.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using H&R Block Tax program for many years. It is very easy to use and I walked into one of your offices with a question and they helped me on the spot.

e-file issue

E-filed federal and state together (getting refund from both) - federal accepted, but state rejected. Reason: there was a problem with submission to state. Solution: print return and mail. I do not want to have to deal with that when I bought a program that should be able to send it. There was no option to re-send to state. Have never had a problem with this in the past. Very disappointing.

Simplified the new tax law - SAD

Once again I downloaded the programs I needed from the disc that you sent. It was easier than ever. All the updates were great. The program runs great. The new tax law not as great. I am retired and have very little withheld, but even at that I ended paying. SAD
