State portion is worthless!

Purchased the Deluxe with State. The software is there for the State portion, but it won't transmit to file the return unless you pay an additional fee. If you advertise State included, you should be able to actually file the State return through the software without an additional charge. If I go on the State website, the transmittal is free, which is what I did.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Usually use one of your discs. This year I downloaded. Ta-da! It's so nice not to have to put in all the information from scratch. You already had a lot of it from previous years.

I purchased this product a month ago. I didn't think I would be able to use it but, I'm glad I did. Very similar to the current 1040 tax booklet and forms. Great tool to use.

I had to reload the Deluxe 2018 software due to computer crash, but I had purchased online and there was NO HELP in getting it to reload, just kept wanting me to purchase AGAIN. I finally broke down and bought it AGAIN from a CD disk that came in the mail. VERY SAD I had to do this.
Pros: Easy to prepare
