I bought the Mac version online, but when I tried to download and install the upgdate, it appeared to just go into a loop and I couldn't tell if the update was successful. I had trouble installing the VA state module too. I called the helpdesk and they were able to send me links to the federal and state that worked. After that everything went very smoothly. I had a similar problem last year with the state module; otherwise this would be 5 stars.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I like the software except for a feature that I would like added. For more than the past 5 years I have been taking the standard deduction for both the federal and Wisconsin returns. There should be an option where I don't have to go through all the itemized deductions if I know I'm going to take the standard deduction. This would make filing my returns simpler and much faster.

I purchase this product so to have nice clean legible IRS Documents. I just wish there was a way to open previous editions/prior years documents with having to buy a new program in order to get the new registration codes. Such as purchasing a new computer and transferring the data files then the programs will no longer work because who knows where the original program registration codes are, especially if downloaded program from internet.
