Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Confusing

This is my first time using this software. I selected it because of the price, which was great in comparison to what I used before, however, I must say that the instructions were not as clear as the other software. If you are a first timer filing your return and you have complex issues, or what you deem to be complex, ie. pension, annunity etc. It can be confusing. I found myself having to go to IRS web site for alot of clarifications, and still don't know if I did it correctly. Time will tell.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used the H&R Block software for over 20 years and have not once had a complaint about the product. The IRS is constantly making changes to the income tax process and H&R Block is expedient in putting those changes into their product efficiently and expediently without errors.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
