I think there is a glitch in the software that calculates estimated taxes. I reached out for help but the problem was not resolved.

Bought the software to be able to electronically file my taxes. When electronic filing came for the state taxes, the software reported it couldn't do it. I got bait and switched. I also do not understand why after filling all the fields the software requests, I need to go back and open forms to fill in fields it missed

Used Tax Cuts before it became H&R Block to do my taxes for years. Very disappointed I cannot logon to my Merrill Lynch account to download my dividend and stocks trading like previous years. Will check with several relatives that uses Turbo Tax if it supports that feature to switch next year
