Great software that I have used for 40 years

I have been using HRBlock and the original TaxCut for 40 years. I find the software great at keeping current on changes to federal and state laws. The last few years, I would be lost trying to figure out my taxes without the guidance by Tax cut. On where to improve: This year HRBlock did not allow imports for Merrill. Since I have hundreds of trades, this is an issue. The AI search is basically useless. I ask for details about a form and it provides an irrelevant fact. The old search was much better. Do not go to an online tool. Turbotax does that and that is a specific reason I don't want to even try their software. Too many ways to leak customer data.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very unintuitive, difficult to figure out, rounds up amounts increasing taxes, and does not show the very important dividends and capital gains worksheet.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
