I sent in a query asking for help with eFiling - we have never been able to eFile and I want it fixed - but received no response.
We've verified my wife's name with the SSA, and I spent and hour on the phone with the IRS and they found no reason why it should have been rejected, so I suspect for some reason there is something in the way her name is being sent to the IRS that is causing it to be rejected.

Expensive for what it is. Nice to file fed electronic free, for the price should be able to file state free as well. Lots of ambiguity and some interview questions that don’t make sense. So IMHO not as much product testing as needed to make it foolproof.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

Scrupulous attention to all data displayed made me question the accuracy of the displayed amounts, specifically the field, refund / amount owed. I finally decided that perhaps the software is correct, or the data was not germane to the final output. Also felt that grouping of short / long term trades was confusing, but again perhaps not significant to the final output. That said, I will buy it again next year, as I have used it for about ten years.
