Very disappointed with the H&R Block Deluxe software for 2025. This year I had difficulty with updates and it was impossible to get the printer to work! It never happened in previous years. The software does not give you any direction on how to resolve these issues! I tried to fixed by uninstalling it and installing again! It solved the update issue, but still not able to print

Works well but not clear on where to enter the IP PIN. This should be a separate question - not buried in a list under Miscellaneous. The state program is not as easy to use as the IRS program. Why do nicknames need to be four letters?

I have used H&R Block software to do both my Federal and state taxes for at least the last five years. The fact that I continue to use their software year after year should be a sufficient testament to my satisfaction. Filing your taxes can be confusing but they make it relatively simple.
