I found a flaw in your software: If you choose to pay for the state filing fee with a credit card you cannot de select it! I inadvertantly entered my credit card info. and then realized I had one free state filing with the software I bought. I selected that method and I COULD NOT REMOVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO!
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve used this software for more than 10 years and generally I like it. The one problem that I have been running into for the last several years is that program update process for both federal and state doesn’t work on my Mac desktop. I have to jump through hoops to make it work which is very annoying. Every year I hope that this gets fixed, but so far it hasn’t.

Every year I buy TaxCut instead of TurboTax because it’s a little cheaper and it feels like TurboTax is the big guy on the block. Every year I’m a little disappointed, but not this year. This year I’m a LOT disappointed. It seems shoddier and missing features. One example: the right click option to see “comes from” works even less often than usual. I’m not in front of the program right now, but if I were I could give several more examples. Next year it will be TurboTax
