Product is good for federal. Inaccurate for state and school district. No way to e-file just the one that was correct and print and correct the incorrect one
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Too hard t navigate. Can't find a finished file that isn't corrupt. It comes up as adobe ! But it prints right . But what will program send to recipients? Are files stored anywhere else?
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This year's version took longer for federal updates. Also the display on the screen feels dated now. It would be an improvement if display fonts and windows could be customized to my preferences.

Satisfied overall; however, it took me a while to figure out how to complete the "Certain Medicaid waiver payments may be excludable from income" entries. I had at least two false starts when I started entering information from a 1099-NEC -- the program immediately treated it as a "business", and I had to go back and delete several things. Also, I've always been disappointed when saving a copy of my return with worksheets... the page breaks aren't lined up with the actual pages when printed.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to prepare

I couldn't get past an entry for social security ein/tin entry. Social security doesn't have one. Also didn't like social security city address. So used opm data which hopefully won't create an audit. Shld be able to get past this entry. Please fix this for 2026
